In honor of World Bee Day I created this Herbal Electuary recipe card to share will you.  Enjoy!!!

 

🌼 Honeyed Melissa Lemon Electuary 

A soothing herbal honey infusion inspired by pollinator gardens, sunshine, and old-world herbal kitchens.

You’ll Need

1 cup raw honey

1 tbsp dried Lemon balm (Melissa Offinialis aka Honeybee)

1 tsp dried lavender

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tsp lemon juice

Optional: tiny pinch of cinnamon

Directions Warm honey gently using a double boiler or warm water bath.

Stir in herbs and lemon zest.

Allow to infuse 20–30 minutes.

Strain if desired and stir in lemon juice.

Use in tea, over biscuits, in sparkling water, or by the spoonful.
