🍵 Tea & Tisane Tuesday 🌿

Did you know there's a difference between a tea and a tisane?

A true tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant—like black, green, white, oolong, and pu-erh teas.

A tisane, on the other hand, is an herbal infusion made from flowers, leaves, roots, seeds, berries, spices, or fruits. Since most of our handcrafted blends are made entirely from botanicals, they're technically tisanes—caffeine-free rituals inspired by generations of herbal tradition.

Glass jar with wooden lid containing dried herbs, next to a metal bombilla spoon on a light surface.

Whether you're beginning your morning with intention, taking a peaceful afternoon pause, or winding down before bed, there's something special about slowing down with a warm cup in your hands.

💚 Question for you:

Are you reaching for a traditional tea today, or an herbal tisane?
